Sandy Chadbourne is a true advocate for Holistic Nutrition and Fitness. She began her investigation for health and wellness in the early 90’s when she was facing her own health issues. Her investigations lead her to a new found passion for nutrition and physical fitness.  Sandy has earned her certification in Holistic Nutrition and is also a member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
